The basic preparation for customized printed mugs under 5,000 units is 7 - 10 job days from authorization and early repayment (leaves out shipping time). The minimum order amounts for custom-printed cups on many items are 100 systems. We provide full cover printing on paper mug orders.
Alerting our customer support group prior to buy authorization and they will provide a shipping expense for consultation shipment. Please speak to Customer Service for information. Please note that there is no additional expense to do 2-sided printing on any one of our mugs.

For custom-printed orders, cancellations and changes can be asked for prior to proof authorization. Sleeves, coasters, napkins are digitally published and can be printed in multiple shades without extra costs. Any type of cancellation on a customized printed order before authorization will go through a 3% cancellation cost or a minimum of $25, in addition to any proofs that have currently been created.
